AffiliateHarvest.com (the "Service"), a product of Dubman Internet Services ("Dubman"), is a
web based software application that offers businesses and eCommerce web site
operators a software application for hosting and powering an affiliate program.

The AffiliateHarvest.com service and support offering
All Services provided by AffiliateHarvest.com are subject without limitation to AffiliateHarvest.com’s Privacy Policy. Dubman Internet Services may modify the terms of the Agreement and may discontinue or change any aspects of the Services at its sole discretion. Any changes to the application or the terms and conditions become effective upon those changes being made live on the www.AffiliateHarvest.com website.
The Service is subject to pre-paid (pay-as-you-go) or subscription fees. Funds for your AffiliateHarvest.com subscription can be transferred from your paypal account's balance or made by Visa or Master Card credit cards using Paypal's processing system.
When a pre-paid subscription period has been completed and was not extended, AffiliateHarvest.com reserves the right to suspend your account, and irreversibly delete all your data. You will be notified 3 days in advance in this case by email.
Refund Policy: Dubman Internet Services is obliged to make a full refund of any payment within 3 business days if within 5 working days after payment you submit such a request in writing (email or fax). In case of a refund, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Restrictions and Responsibilities
Dubman Internet Services reserves all rights other than those expressly granted in this Agreement, and no licenses are granted except as expressly set forth herein.
You will not contest the validity of Dubman Internet Services with regard to trademarks or other brand features or content during the term of this Agreement, or after the expiration of this Agreement.
You acknowledge that Dubman Internet Services owns all rights, titles and interests in and to AffiliateHarvest.com including any and all proprietary rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dubman Internet Services against any damages, losses, liabilities, settlements, and expenses in connection with any claim or action that arises from an alleged violation of any national or international laws resulting from your illegal use of AffiliateHarvest.com.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE AFFILIATEHARVEST.COM APPLICATION AND ANY RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY, AND DUBMAN INTERNET SERVICES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING SUCH SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Limitation of Liability
Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party from and against any losses, claims, liabilities, damages or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, directly arising from a material breach of this agreement by the other party.
AffiliateHarvest.com - Privacy Policy
Dubman Internet Services will not share information you may upload (such as email addresses, name, contact information, or images) to AffiliateHarvest.com. Your customer information will not be shared with any other parties, unless required under law. Dubman Internet Services will not use your customer information for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial e-mail. Dubman Internet Services may use this information and any technical information about your use of the Services to facilitate your use of AffiliateHarvest.com or in communications with you. Information of any kind regarding your online business will not be shared as well under any circumstances, unless required by law.
